Homemade Zero Waste dish soap
Here’s how to make a Zero Waste dish soap: easy, cheap and sustainable.
This Zero Waste homemade dish soap is a great solution to wash our dishes sustainably and with less aggressive ingredients, both for us and the environment.
What we need is:
- Mix the juice of 3 lemons with 400 ml of water, 200 gr of salt and 100 ml of white vinegar
- Mix everything with a blender
- The soap is ready and can last up to 10 days. We can use an old bottle, giving it new life.
If dishes are really dirty or greasy, we can improve the performance of our dish soap by adding some baking soda straight on the dish, or using our Zero Waste degreaser.
